Thank you for shopping with The Eagermans. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, The Eagermans is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Eagermans is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations where shipping services are unavailable or restricted.
